Fast Facts About TPCA
- TPCA serves 550 students from Marion, Clinton, Boone, Hendricks and Hamilton counties.
- New High School program with college preparatory emphasis; AP and dual-credit options available.
- All classroom teachers are degreed; 25% of teachers hold a masters degree.
- Student/teacher ratios are 7:1 for early childhood, 13:1 for elementary, 7:1 for middle school and 3:1 for high school.
- TPCA administers ISTEP+, NWEA, and DIBELS testing (depending on student grade).
- TPCA provides nearly $700,000 in tuition assistance annually.
- TPCA 62,000 sq. ft. award winning facilities (constructed March 2007) include a technology lab, media center, regulation-size gym, cafeteria/auditorium, art room, science lab and band/choir rooms.
- Co-curricular subjects include art, computer technology, music, physical education, band (grade 5 – 12) and Spanish (KG - 12; for Early Childhood subjects include music, chapel and physical education.
- Nutritious and tasty hot lunch, prepared by our trained Chef, and beverage is available for purchase five days a week.
- Students in first grade and older have the opportunity to participate in interscholastic academic competitions in speech, math, spelling and geography. Interscholastic athletic competition is available for grades 2 and older.
- High School students enjoy a 1:1 laptop program and international travel/ministry opportunities each January-Term.
- Before and after school care is available for students in K (full-day) and older. Before care starts at 7:00 a.m.; after care is available until 6:00 p.m. There is an hourly fee per child.
