BUILDING FOUNDATIONS

We are excited to announce that the TPCA leadership team has created the Building Foundations fund. This fund will provide the ongoing, sustaining financial resources to enhance academic achievements and foster spiritual growth. This Building Foundations fund makes up the difference between the actual cost of educating TPCA students and tuition income. The Building Foundations need for the 2010-2011 academic year is at least $400,000 and helps in funding:

1.     Tuition Assistance ($250,000) - We believe that every student should have the opportunity to be challenged within a biblical worldview, both academically and spiritually

2.     Technology ($100,000) - Office software, technology and computer upgrades

3.     Professional Development ($25,000) - Equipping faculty and staff with on-going training in educational best practices

4.     Security and Safety ($25,000) - Surveillance and upgraded entrance security features

People, with a passion for Christian education and with a belief in TPCA’s mission and ministry, provide gifts to Building Foundations. We have currently received approximately $82,000 in gifts to this fund. The recent PTF auction contributed to the majority of this gift income. Additionally, Traders Point Christian Church has committed $100,000 to this fund.

If you have any questions regarding the Building Foundations fund, please do not hesitate to contact Dave Gatman, Director of Finance and Operations, or Kerry Walker, Superintendent.
