TPCA FUND RAISING UPDATE
2010 Annual Fund Drive
Starting this January, the Board of Directors of Traders Point Christian Academy has worked closely with TPCA staff to aggressively pursue charitable contributions to help offset extraneous pressure on our current finances.
The common goals that we have in raising funds for the remainder of the 2009-2010 school year are as follows:
• Maintain or grow our enrollment • Retain current staff through an upgraded compensation package • Reinstate our art and band programs • Sustain a competitive focus in academics and pricing • Match 2010-2011 revenues with 2010-2011 expenses • Pay down entirety of short-term debt, and • Refinance our long-term debt associated with our facility.
With those goals in mind, we have set forth to raise $600,000 by July 31 2010, the end of our fiscal year. To date, thanks to focused prayer and the generosity of our supporters, we have been very successful. The following information includes a $100,000 lead gift from Traders Point Christian Church - their challenge to us was to seek donors to match their giving.

How to Make a Tax-Deductible Gift

Mail You can make a one-time gift or monthly commitment to the Annual Fund by simply sending a check, payable to Traders Point Christian Academy, to: TPCA Development Office 6600 South Indianapolis Road Whitestown, IN 46075
Online Visit our “Donate Now” page - this will send you to a secure donation portal provided through eTapestry.
Send a Stock Gift TPCA has the ability to receive transfers of stock ownership as a charitable gift. Our financial partner, The National Bank of Indianapolis, assists us by liquidating the gift and crediting our account with proceeds of the sale. Call Andrew or Jennifer at (317) 769-2450 to obtain the account number and DTC number needed to make an electronic transfer. As you plan your stock transfer with your broker, please let us know of your plans, including the name of the stock being transferred, the number of shares, and the date of the transfer. This will enable us to properly acknowledge your gift.
Match Your Gift You may be able to match your gift through your employer. Many Indianapolis-area companies match the generosity of their employees, including Dow AgroSciences, Eli Lilly and Co., Well-Point, Medtronic, Cisco, and UnitedHealth Group. Talk with your employer’s Human Resource personnel to obtain a Matching Gift Form, complete it and submit it with your donation.
