Latest Updates

Construction Began
The tractors began moving dirt for our new K-8 facility on May 1, 2006 and the dirt pad for the new building was completed by July 28.

Raising the Building
Erection of the steel building began on August 14 and was completed by the end of September.  This was quickly followed by roof and utility installation, pouring of the first floors and the laying of block for the elementary wing corridor.

Finish Work Begins
The building was closed in for inside work before Christmas and much of the drywall was hung, mechanical equipment was set, and wiring took place.  Inside painting and outside brick work began in February.  By March 1 cabinets were being set and ceilings were hung.

What is next?
The building is quickly coming to completion with a target of March 16 set for move in.  More pictures of the building process are available at http://www.tw-church.com/ --just click on TPCA's logo.

Capital Campaign Totals
As of March 1, the total of pledges and cash received to the campaign stood at $2.5 million. Another $500,000 is needed to complete all parts of the project, both inside and outside.  For information about funding specific projects contact the school office at 329-4426.
