Lunch Order Form

Please click here for the May lunch menu. To place your order:

  1. No order form is needed.
  2. Review the menu with your student and estimate the number of lunches your child will eat.
  3. Place the full payment in a sealed envelope. Clearly label the front of the envelope:
    - LUNCH ORDER
    - your student’s name
    - the teacher’s name
    - total amount of money enclosed (cash or check).
  4. Take the envelope to the school office or your child’s teacher.

Please note that menus are subject to change without notice. Drinks (milk, juice) are an additional cost.

You’re welcome to eat with your child.
