    Some TPCS teachers regaled our staff with a special rendition of “The Twelve Days of Christmas” teacher style at our staff Christmas celebration. A huge thanks to our PTF, especially Jen Huckaba and Dawn Gilbert, for sponsoring such a fun party and making staff feel so loved.

    Mr. Collier’s high school boys mentor group is spreading “Christmas Cheer for All to Hear” (to quote Buddy the Elf) by 🎶 blessing staff today with a Christmas Carol! Gotta love teenage boys who will wear bows on their head.

    Sheldon Hackett is Coach Kris Hall's nomination for the Middle School Let it Shine Athlete this week. Sheldon has been growing more and more as a point guard and leader. He has been more assertive with the ball and has been a leading scorer as of late. Good things to come from this athlete!!! Have a great season Sheldon.

    Butler Blue III, the Butler University mascot, was a special guest in Miss Marowelli’s classroom today. Students heard a reading of Good Boy, Blue! & learned to how to draw a bulldog. #butlerblue3 #trip #godawgs

    Congratulations to Hayla Barton (8th grade) and Emily Barton (7th grade) who were selected for the 2018 IMEA All State Honor Choir for middle/junior high school division. They will be performing at the IMEA Professional Development Conference in Ft. Wayne after the holidays.

    Joel Cook is the purple team Middle School Boys Basketball Let it Shine Athlete of the week. Since the beginning of off season workouts last April a Joel has worked hard to become a better player. Joel has been a great example of our theme verse Colossians 3:16-17 by being a good teammate and doing everything as a representative of Christ. Joel is a quiet leader who leads by example. Congratulations Joel and keep shining!

    Joseph Turner is Traders Point and coach Jeff Black's nomination for the JH boys basketball gold team "Let it Shine Athlete". Joseph Turner has clearly shown himself to be a great ambassador for the "Let it Shine Athlete" award. He demonstrates dedication in all that he does on and off the court. Through a humble attitude and kind heart he quietly exercises leadership while promoting excellence through teamwork. He continually improves his abilities with a great attitude of listening and applying what is taught. Joseph displays an exemplary spiritual testimony. Always one of the first to volunteer to step in to pray for our team and he engages himself in team conversation of spiritual matters. It is easy to see his true faith in his life verse of "Proverbs 3:5-6". Congratulations Joseph!

    Clark Sweet is chosen for the "Let it Shine" athlete for 7/8th boys basketball at Traders Point Christian Academy. Clark emulates the "let it shine athlete" because of his heart for others and for the game. Clark has shown much improvement in not only his basketball game but in his spiritual life in the short 3 weeks of the program so far. He looks for every opportunity to grow as a leader in basketball but also as a Christian leader in his own life. Congratulations Clark!
