Athletics
TPCA believes that athletic competition at the appropriate grade levels provides students with the unique opportunities to develop physical skiils and Christian character simultaneously. We are committed to securing the best coaching available to mentor students. At the middle school level, TPCA competes with many area independent schools. At the high school level, our high school student-athletes compete against many different schools in the central Indiana area as well as schools throught the Mid-West and in regional and state tournaments. TPCA is not currently a member of the IHSAA.
TPCA middle and high school students (5th grade and older) who meet TPCA eligibility requirements academically can participate in after-school sports every season of the school year. Fifth and sixth grade generally play together on one team, seventh and eighth graders play on another team, and high school students are placed on junior varsity and varsity teams as appropriate. Additional teams or sports are added as interest and coaching availability allow. Our football program is building, and is currently offered to boys in grades 2 - 7.
